What age is the SHOW suitable for?

The show is ideally adapted for children aged 2 to 6 years, but this is only a recommendation. If your child is under two years old but you believe attending the theater is suitable for them, feel free to purchase tickets.

What if you bought theater tickets and plans suddenly changed? How to return tickets?

Our theater always strives to create the most comfortable conditions for its viewers. If suddenly you cannot attend the performance on the planned day, don't worry! You have a great opportunity to reschedule your visit date. Just contact our care service at +351968686497 and we will help you arrange tickets for another date.

*Ticket rescheduling is possible only once and only when contacting no later than 24 hours before the show.

However, there are situations when rescheduling doesn't solve the problem, and the only way out is to return the tickets. In this case, it's important to know the refund rules:

1. Timing matters. The refund amount depends on the number of days until the event:

100% - 10 or more days before the event
50% - 5-10 days
30% - 3-5 days
0% - less than 3 days

2. Refund applies only to all electronic tickets in the order. If you purchased tickets for a group, make sure everyone agrees with the refund decision.

3. When processing a refund, the Viewer receives the electronic ticket cost minus the Organizer's expenses of 4% as a refund processing fee. Also, the ticket operator's service fee of 5% is non-refundable.
To start the refund process, you need to take one simple step — click the "return tickets" button, which is in the email with electronic tickets. This will take just a couple of seconds! Ticket transfer or refund is possible when contacting no later than 24 hours before the event. Tickets can only be transferred once.

For groups of 10 or more, a 15% DISCOUNT is provided. The discount is automatically applied when purchasing tickets on the website (without any promo code). Transfer is allowed in quantity not exceeding 50% of paid tickets.
